I often get asked about my skin and why I look so young for a Grandma. I must say there are some essentials that I use and over the next week I will give you my tips for great skin. I do not use botox or fillers and I really work at it hard. At times I feel like there is no hope (lol) but its usually the fact that I'm dehydrated or not eating enough fruit and Omega rich foods.
